Bug fixes and stability improvements
- Fixed issues with showing correct and incorrect quiz answers on the live screen and switching to the next activity.
- Fixed an issue where the quiz did not appear after entering a nickname.
- Fixed an issue that allowed responses to hidden polls and quizzes.
